In accordance to the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act as well as the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), you have up to 7 working days, starting from the day after you receive your product to cancel and return your order in the original packaging, using our Online Returns Option.
In accordance to the CPA, Section 16 provisions, you have the following rights of returns as a consumer that applies to your transactions:
* A general right to return (a ‘cooling oﬀ period’), for seven working days after delivery
* For any reason
* Returned in the original packaging
The consumer will be liable for the return of the goods to Iconix: 86 Killarney Avenue, Killarney Gardens, Cape Town, 7441.
Returning unwanted products:
You have seven calendar days starting the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receive the product to cancel your purchase, unless the product does not have cancellation rights.
Please return the product as soon as possible following the cancellation of your purchase.
The product must be sent to us within 30 calendar days from your notice to us of your cancellation. You are responsible for the return shipping costs of the product when you cancel your purchase.
Unwanted products must be returned unused and in good condition. You must take care to ensure that the product is properly packaged so that it will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found to be used beyond what it takes for you to reasonably inspect it or damaged, then we may reject a refund.
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" cannot be returned unless defective.
Defective, faulty or non-conforming products:
We encourage you to inspect each product carefully upon receipt. If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise does not conform to your order, you are required to notify us immediately as you have a statutory right to return the product. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with us. If you return a defective, faulty or non-conforming product to us, the product will be inspected at our warehouse. If a defect or fault is found or the product does not match your order, we will be happy to provide a full refund, in accordance with applicable law. Products that have been misused or changed may not be eligible for returns. If you are eligible for a refund, such refund will be processed within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the product (or, if applicable, the date you provide us proof of shipment of the product to us).
Please be advised that we have a standard six-month warranty period on all returnable products from the date of delivery.

Kindly note you will be responsible for sending the item/s back to us via courier/ postnet.
If it is a return request outside the 7 working days after delivery, you will be responsible for sending the item/s back to us and liable for a 10-15% handling fee deduction off the total refund.
You will be provided with a form that MUST be included in the package when sent back to Iconix.
All baby items need to be returned in original and new condition. If, upon inspection, the items appear to be used, worn or without tags, we will not be able to process your return.
Bedding & Mermaid Blankets
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any opened mattresses or bedding. Bedding items include duvets, pillows, mattress toppers, etc.
We cannot accept returns on any pierced body jewellery such as earrings for hygiene reasons.
Food, Beverages & Flowers
We do not accept returns on perishable items such as food, beverages and ﬂowers.
Clothes and Shoes
Clothes must be returned unused and in a resalable condition with all tags. If, upon inspection, clothes appear to be worn or without tags, we cannot accept returns.
Due to the contagiousness and rapid spread of Covid-19, Iconix has had to revise its return policy and will therefore no longer be accepting exchanges for the duration of Covid-19 on clothing items, in the event that an incorrect size has been selected by the customer.
We will however honour the exchange in the event of the incorrect item being sent from our warehouse or in the case of a factory default.
Swimwear, underwear, socks, intimates
We do not accept returns on opened items and certain types of clothing such as underwear, swimwear and control wear (eg. corsets, waist trainers, etc.) for hygiene reasons.
Health & Beauty
We do not accept any returns on health and beauty products due to hygiene purposes.
Furniture – Outdoor and Indoor
We are unable to accept returns on any self-assembly products that have been partially or fully assembled. We try to provide accurate measurements on our deal page and we are unable to accept returns where furniture will not ﬁt through.
CDs & DVDs
We cannot accept returns on CDs, DVDs or Software programmes if the plastic wrapping and/or security seal has been broken or of any digital downloads.
To protect your privacy and other interests in data, please delete all data on returned electronics and reset the products to factory settings. We are not responsible for any data contained on returned items.
We do not accept any returns on adult toys due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses.
